Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 6, 2026

Skillmeet profiles run on annual subscriptions. This page explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

1. Plans and renewal

  • Basic and Pro are billed once per year in advance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase unless you cancel first.
  • We charge the price shown at checkout; any price change applies from your next renewal.

2. 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first subscription term only.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you don't intend to continue. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and contact us within 7 days, we'll review it case by case.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the paid term. You can also choose "cancel and pause everything", which immediately hides your profile, offers, menu items and posts from the public.

5. Suspended or terminated accounts

Subscriptions ended because of a breach of our Terms of Service are not refundable.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, paid features and public visibility are suspended until payment succeeds. Your content is retained during this period.

7. Requesting a refund

Email support@skillmeet.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
